Each course was a beautiful blend of local flavors and international techniques, with every bite bursting with authenticity and creativity. Special thanks to Chef Mariya for the exquisite tasting menu and to GM Daniel for ensuring our night was flawless. Their dedication to excellence is evident in every detail. Un Fine Dine is an outstanding restaurant within the Farmhouse Resort and Spa. Every dish was a work of art, full of surprises and delights. The explosion of flavours, the combination of ingredients, the presentation, the look, everything was impeccable and exceeded all expectations. Mariya is an incredibly talented chef, a true gem and her team executed everything to perfection. I cannot recommend it highly enough. She is in the same league as the best Michelin star chefs. Dining there also has a purpose, helping Smiling Gecko, a unique NGO, which supports an entire community and Cambodian kids having an education for a better future.
