Six-course Khmer cuisine for a good cause

Aniba, a Singaporean fine-dining restaurant, collaborates with Chef Mariya Un Noun and NGO Smiling Gecko, founded by Hannes Schmid, to offer a six-course Khmer cuisine experience. A portion of the proceeds supports Smiling Gecko’s mission to provide education and vocational training in rural Cambodia.

The menu, crafted by Chef Mariya and Aniba’s executive chef Anas Shami, showcases authentic Khmer flavors with modern twists. The event takes place on January 21st and 22nd at Aniba.

Un Fine Dine is an outstanding restaurant within the Farmhouse Resort and Spa. Every dish was a work of art, full of surprises and delights. The explosion of flavours, the combination of ingredients, the presentation, the look, everything was impeccable and exceeded all expectations. Mariya is an incredibly talented chef, a true gem and her team executed everything to perfection. I cannot recommend it highly enough. She is in the same league as the best Michelin star chefs. Dining there also has a purpose, helping Smiling Gecko, a unique NGO, which supports an entire community and Cambodian kids having an education for a better future.
